Installation Guidance

TruckGrid 80 should be installed onto a correctly designed and prepared sub-base suitable for the anticipated traffic loading. The required sub-base specification will vary depending on the application, ground conditions and vehicle loads.

For best results:

1. Excavate to the required depth.
2. Install a suitable geotextile membrane where required.
3. Construct a properly compacted sub-base.
4. Level the laying course.
5. Connect TruckGrid units using the integrated interlocking system.
6. Fill cells with the chosen aggregate or specified infill material.
7. Compact and finish as required.
