Important Delivery, Handling & Storage Instructions

This is a living, perishable product. Proper handling is essential to ensure successful establishment.

• Turf must be unloaded from the pallet immediately upon delivery
• Do not leave turf stacked on a pallet for more than 12 hours
• Unstack immediately to allow airflow between rolls
• Do not water turf while rolled
• Store in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat
• Lay turf immediately in warm weather (same day if possible)
• Lay within 24 hours in autumn/winter
• If delayed, unroll turf to allow it to breathe

Delays in handling or incorrect storage may lead to deterioration, discolouration or failure to establish, which is not covered under guarantee.

Please note that all turf products are fresh-cut, living and perishable items prepared to order.

• Cancellations must be made as soon as possible after ordering
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled
• Once cutting has begun or goods are in transit, cancellation or refusal of delivery will result in the full order value being charged
• No returns are available on this product
• Delivery dates must be confirmed at time of order to ensure site readiness
