Sowing Rate: 10kg per acre | 20kg bag covers approximately 2 acres

The Grassy Field Corners & Blocks Seed Mix is a specialist, ryegrass-free perennial grass seed mixture designed for establishing an intact grass sward in field corners, blocks and other agricultural areas managed for farmland wildlife. The 100% grass formulation combines Creeping Red Fescue, Tall Fescue, Chewings Fescue, Cocksfoot and Slender Red Fescue to create a diverse, dense grass cover.

Designed for UK farms, farmers, landowners, estates, agronomists and environmental land management professionals, this specialist grass seed mix is suited to areas where maintaining established grass cover can provide habitat for farmland wildlife while reducing the need for regular vehicle access across the managed area.

The combination of fine-leaved fescues and tussock-forming perennial grasses provides a varied grass sward, with a stated height of approximately 30–60cm and flowering period from May to August. The mixture is completely ryegrass-free, making it suitable for applications where a specialist perennial grass formulation is required.

Sow directly into a prepared seedbed at 10kg per acre, broadcasting between March and September. One 20kg bag covers approximately 2 acres at the recommended sowing rate.
