The CellPave HD Paver is a high-performance, permeable ground reinforcement system designed for extreme heavy-duty applications. Certified by Lloyds British to withstand a single wheel load of 40 tonnes (up to 800 tonnes per m²), CellPave HD is ideal for HGV, coach, and emergency vehicle access areas, highway verges, civil engineering sites, and heavy-duty service yards.

Proudly manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled post-industrial polymers, this sustainable paver offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional concrete, Grasscrete, or other hard-standing solutions. Its innovative cellular design allows grass or gravel to be installed in the voids, maintaining a natural aesthetic while supporting heavy loads.

Installation is simple: lightweight pavers (8kg each, 33kg/m²) are interlocking and require no specialist tools. Their unique channel cut-outs promote water drainage, nutrient flow, and healthy grass growth, making CellPave HD both functional and environmentally friendly. The pavers are reusable, durable, and resistant to cracking, frost, and heavy wear, making them perfect for long-term projects where performance and sustainability are critical.
