Delivery & Installation Information

Delivered Direct from Our Grower Supplier – All Living Fence panels are shipped on a pallet to ensure safe and secure transport. Delivery may require offloading at the site or handballing by the buyer.

To ensure a smooth delivery:

• The delivery site must be a flat, solid surface – avoid uneven, grassy, or stoned areas.

• There must be sufficient access for a large delivery lorry.

• The pallet will only be left in a suitable location as determined by the delivery company.

• Further movement of the pallet after delivery is the responsibility of the buyer if required.

Important: For optimal results, the Living Fence panels should be fed and installed within 24–48 hours of delivery to ensure healthy establishment and growth.
