Our Calcareous Soil Wildflower Grass Mix is an 80% grass, 20% wildflower blend designed for alkaline or chalky soils. Specially formulated to thrive in calcareous conditions, this mix provides vibrant late-summer blooms that enhance biodiversity and attract pollinators, butterflies, birds, and other beneficial wildlife.

Ideal for meadows, parks, gardens, restoration projects, and ecological schemes, it creates colourful, low-maintenance habitats while supporting soil health and sustainable ecosystems. Sowing is best achieved by mixing the seeds with dry sand, sifted topsoil, or sawdust for even distribution. Lightly rake and roll the seedbed to ensure excellent soil-to-seed contact for strong germination and healthy establishment. Perfect for landscapers, councils, farmers, and gardeners seeking wildlife-friendly and ecologically valuable plantings.
