    13 x 7 Westminster Garden Summerhouse features:

    • Elegant, traditional look thanks to its apex roof, Georgian-style windows and scalloped fascia - veranda optional
    • Double doors provide easy access and have a charming ring latch
    • Three-quarter glazed door, large windows to either side and three side windows allow in plenty of light
    • Sturdy shiplap tongue and groove construction
    • Walls:  12mm Tongue and Groove
    • Floor:  12mm Tongue and Groove
    • Roof:  12mm Tongue and Groove
    • Double Doors with 3mm Horticultural Glazing
    • 2 x fixed windows either side of double doors with Horticultural Glazing
    • 3 x Side Opening Windows with Horticultural Glazing
    • Felt Roof

    Assembly Option

    When a shed or structure is ordered with Assembly we will immediately send out to the purchaser a suitable base criteria.

    Then once the purchaser informs us their base is ready we organise a base check to ensure the base is suitable prior to assembly.

    We then organise the closest available assembly date so we do give a roughly 8 week lead time on assemblies, this can be shortened on how quickly the purchaser completes their base.

    Top coat Add on

    The top coat option whilst all of our buildings as a standard are supplied with a dip-treated base coat you will still need to treat the building either prior to or immediately after assembly.

    With the top coat treatment option it is applied to the external part of the building only, you will still need to treat the internal part of the building as per the instructions.

    With this option you will just need to treat the building annually with a water based treatment or in accordance to the supplied instructions.

    The top coat itself is a golden brown finish.
